| Our client is seeking a Teacher for their facilities across the nation who will be a Team Leader and Administrator for the School Improvement Program.
Responsibilities: • Team Leader for and Administrator of the School Improvement Program • Acting Administrator in the Administrator’s absence. • Oversee school’s assessment program (i.e. state tests, Scrantron, MAP) • Coordinate with the Director of School Improvement in identifying, developing, and meeting professional development needs. • Design and conduct teacher Professional Development training. • Manage and execute continuous improvement of instruction. • Implement curriculum with fidelity. • Oversee Mentor Teacher Program by coordinating training for mentors, reviewing Mentor logs, and completing reviews and observations. • Recommend effective teaching strategies for improvement. • Validate all student academic data files. • Other duties as assigned by administrator. |
